Innovating screen making process.
The traditional screen printing process calls for a screen covered with an emulsion sheet. With digital screen making machines, however, the use of emulsion is rendered obsolete. With data output straight from a computer, screens can be created in about two minutes. We want to give everyone a chance to try this innovative technology of the future.
Extraordinarily strong and porous.
With digital screen printing, screens are washed down with chemicals after each printing. This process inevitably damages the film on the screen. A key feature of the REFIT FILM we have developed is its extreme durability that it can be used multiple times. But that is not all: our REFIT FILM is also porous enough to guarantee beautifully crisp results with any ink.
Disusing emulsion
as our evolution
Upload data from the computer to the screen making machine, send print instructions—and your work is done. Creating a screen with an emulsion sheet can take three hours or more. With digital screen printing, you can go from attaching the mesh to finishing the screen in just ten minutes. The process reproduces and supports a variety of image formats, from PDF and PNG to TIFF and BMP.
